Our "Bean to Bar Chocolate" process begins with buying the raw cocoa bean materials and ends with the beans becoming chocolate. みやび茶屋・仲元　Tea House Nakamoto（沖縄・沖縄市）
北海道十勝産小豆を使用。ひとつひとつ 丁寧に握る おはぎはあんこ、ごま、きなこ、の3 種類。牛乳、卵を使わない どら焼きは豆乳とアルミニウムフリーのベーキングパウダー で フワフワに仕上げております。珈琲に和菓子は 実は相性抜群です。
Our Ohagi(sweet bean paste covered by sweet rice cake) has only three fine ingredients, sweet bean selected from Tokachi, Hokkaido Prefecture, sesame, and soybean powder. Also, our Dora yaki(sweet bean paste covered by a fluffy waffle) uses soy milk and aluminum-free baking powder without any milk or egg. B elieve it or not, Japanese pastries go perfectly with coffee.
